Yes, each appointment is around 20 minutes which allows time for you to select your chain, get the perfect custom fit, and for us to weld your permanent jewellery.

Not at all. during welds you will be give protective eyewear and a layer placed between your skin and the jewellery. The chain will be fused together with an instant spark from our micro laser welder. The entire process is completely safe and painless, and is carried out by a trained jewellery welder.

Certain medical procedures such as MRI scans may require removal, should you need to remove your permanent jewellery, using a sharp pair of scissors, simply snip the jump ring at the point where the jewellery is welded.

We offer a re-weld service for a fee of £10

Because your piece has no clasp and is measured to a custom fit, it should not break. We complete an extensive weld check and stress test to ensure the welds strength and integrity.

We have a 48hr guarantee for the weld. If your Permanent Jewellery breaks at the weld point, then we will re-weld at no charge. After 48hrs there will be a £10 re-weld fee.

Negligence and missing chains are not covered.

Once you confirm that the jewellery sizing is the perfect fit and we cut the chain, the sale is final. Each piece is tailored to the individual, therefore is non returnable.
